Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99* from One Happy Kitchen to most destinations across Canada. Some exclusions apply.
Free Shipping Details:
Eligible Orders: Orders totaling $99 or more (before taxes) qualify for free shipping.
Exclusions: Some heavy or oversized items (over 30 lbs) are excluded. These items will be clearly marked on our website. For such items, we offer competitive shipping rates, communicated via email before your order is processed.
Handling Fee for Returns:
While we offer free shipping for eligible orders, shipping still incurs costs on our end. To maintain competitive prices, a $10 handling fee will be deducted if a return is processed after shipping.
Delivery Time:
Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or other trusted couriers. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. While we strive to ship promptly, occasional delays beyond our control may occur.
Multiple Packages: Some orders may ship in multiple packages due to size or stock availability. You’ll be notified if this applies to your order.
Delivery Address Accuracy:
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate street address with postal code. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an issue arises, we’ll attempt to contact you, but the accuracy of the address remains your responsibility.
Delivery Restrictions:
We deliver to street addresses only. In-home delivery and installation are not available. Customers must arrange for large items, such as fridges or ovens, to be brought indoors. Damaged, Lost, or Short Shipments: If your shipment is damaged, lost, or incomplete. Report it within 24 hours of delivery to info@onehappykitche.com.
Do not accept visibly opened or damaged packages. Retain the original packaging and goods until further instructions are provided.
Free Shipping Policy Restrictions:
Free shipping is subject to the following:
Excluded Locations: The Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, and remote areas requiring air or ocean freight. Locations deemed "remote" by Canada Post.
Heavy Items: Items designated as "HEAVY ITEM" are excluded and will be shipped at the most economical rates available.
Order Total: Your order must total at least $99 (before taxes) to qualify for free shipping.
Excessive Freight Charges:
In rare cases, if excessive freight charges apply for reasons beyond the listed restrictions, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost. You will be notified prior to shipping and may approve or cancel the order.
